Purpose(s) of data processing

We collect and process personal data exclusively for our own purposes, for the fulfilment of the agreed subject matter of the contract. We do not pass on any data to third parties, except in fulfilment of contractual obligations and with the consent of the client, e.g. to banks and in fulfilment of legal obligations relating to the subject matter of the contract, such as the transfer of data to tax authorities and social security institutions. We treat your personal data as strictly confidential. If personal data is processed by a processor, such as Datev eG, the processor is obliged to provide sufficient guarantees that appropriate technical and organisational measures are implemented in such a way that the processing is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the DSGVO and the BDSG and ensures the protection of the rights of the data subject.

Legal basis for data processing pursuant to Article 6 EU-DSGVO

The data processing is carried out for the fulfilment of the concluded service contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures.

Storage duration

Personal data is only stored until the purpose of the contract for which it was provided to us has been fulfilled. Statutory or legal retention periods must be observed.

Right of access and change of your data

Upon request, we will provide you with information free of charge about the scope and origin of your stored data as well as the purpose of storage.

Right of cancellation

You have the right to request from us that personal data concerning you be deleted immediately.

Log data

When you visit our website, the device with which you access the page automatically transmits log data (connection data) to the server of our provider. Log data includes, for example, the IP address of the device you use to access the website or a service, the type of browser you use to access, the website you have previously visited, your system configuration, as well as date and time information. Our provider stores IP addresses only if and to the extent necessary to provide the services. In other cases, the IP addresses are deleted or anonymized.

We have appropriate technical and organisational security measures in place to ensure the security of your information and to protect it from unauthorised access, manipulation or destruction.

When contacting us by e-mail, the sender's details will be stored for the purpose of processing the enquiry as well as for further queries exclusively for our own purposes.

Which of your data do we process? And for what purposes?

We process the data you have sent us with your application in order to check your suitability for the position (or other open positions in our companies, if applicable) and to carry out the application process.

What is the legal basis for this?

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data in this application procedure is primarily Section 26 BDSG in the version applicable from 25.05.2018. According to this, the processing of data required in connection with the decision on the establishment of an employment relationship is permissible. Should the data be required for legal prosecution after the conclusion of the application process, if applicable, data processing may be carried out on the basis of the requirements of Art. 6 DSGVO, in particular to safeguard legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. f) DSGVO. Our interest then consists in the assertion or defence of claims.

How long is the data stored?

Data of applicants (m/f/d) will be deleted 3 months after completion of the application process in case of rejection.

In the event that you have agreed to further storage of your personal data, we will transfer your data to our applicant pool. There, the data will be deleted after two years.

If you have been awarded a position during the application process, the data from the applicant data system will be transferred to our personnel information system.

To which recipients is the data passed on?

Your application data will be screened by the com­mu­ni­ca­tions department after receipt of your application. Suitable applications are then forwarded internally to the department heads for the respective open position. The further procedure is then coordinated. In principle, only those persons in the company have access to your data who need this for the proper course of our application procedure.

Where is the data processed?

The data will be processed exclusively on the premises of AS+P Albert Speer + Partner GmbH.

Your rights

You have the right to information about the personal data we process about you.

In the case of a request for information that is not made in writing, we ask for your understanding that we may then require evidence from you that proves that you are the person you claim to be.

Furthermore, you have a right to correction or deletion or to restriction of processing, insofar as you are entitled to this by law.

Furthermore, you have a right to object to processing within the scope of the law. The same applies to a right to data portability.
