Our inter­national architecture and planning office in Frankfurt/Main is looking to immediately hire a vigorous team player for our team Tender Man­age­ment.

You can expect both to work on a broad range of tasks for exciting interdisciplinary projects in Germany and worldwide, and to collaborate with some 220 colleagues from numerous countries in our offices in Frankfurt/Main, Muscat and in Riyadh.

Do you have a talent for organization and an eye for detail? Are you experienced in successfully submitting tenders? Do you love architecture and planning? Then join our team as a Bid Manager to help us win inter­national and national contracts - and help to shape future-oriented projects.

Your tasks include:

  • handling of inter­national/national procurement portals such as Ariba, Etimad, iTWO, DTVP etc.
  • review and evaluate tender opportunities, check tender documents and assess requirements
  • processing, co-ordination and timely submission of registrations, expressions of interest, pre-qualifications and requests for proposals in consultation with our multidisciplinary planning teams
  • interface man­age­ment of internal and external project participants: coordination of com­mu­ni­ca­tion and data exchange with architects and planners as well as subcontractors and bidding consortia
  • create and obtain references, CVs, self-declarations and supporting documents, manage them using a database
  • ongoing quality and process optimization in tender man­age­ment

Your skills:

  • successfully completed studies in economics or com­mu­ni­ca­tion sciences, architecture or planning or comparable qualification
  • 3 to 5 years of experience with inter­national/national tenders and bids in the field of architecture or planning
  • strong team orientation: You are communicative, flexible and open when dealing with others
  • perseverance as well as an independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working, even under time pressure
  • competent knowledge of English and German (C1/C2 spoken and written)
  • Arabic language skills are a big plus
  • good knowledge of Microsoft 365, InDesign, databases and tendering platforms
