The purpose(s) of data processing

We collect and process personal data exclusively for our own purposes, for the fulfillment of the agreed subject matter of the contract. We do not pass on data to third parties, except in fulfillment of contractual duties and with the consent of the clients, e. g., to banks, as well as in fulfillment of legal duties relating to the subject matter of the contract, such as the transfer of data to financial authorities and social security institutions. We treat your personal data with the strictest of confidentiality. Inasmuch as personal data are handled by a contract processor, e. g. Datev eG, said organization is obliged to provide sufficient guarantees that suitable technical and structural measures are conducted and in place such that the processing is line with the requirements of GDPR and the Federal Privacy Act (BDSG) and guarantees the protection of the rights of the data subject.

Legal bases of data processing in accordance with article 6 GDPR

Data processing is conducted for fulfillment of the service contract agreed or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures.

Duration of storage

Personal data are only stored until such a time as the purpose of the contract for which they were forwarded to us has been fulfilled. Statutory and legal storage periods must be observed.

Right to information access and amendment of your data

On request we provide you with information, free of charge, about the scope and origin of your stored data, as well as the reason for their being stored.

Right to deletion

You have the right to demand that we immediately delete data relating to you.

Log data

When you visit our website the device with which you are logging onto the site automatically transmits log data (connection data) to our provider’s server. Log data contain, for example, the IP address of the device with which you are accessing the website or a service, the type of browser with which you are doing so, the website you visited before, your system configuration, as well as the date and times. Our provider only stores IP addresses if and inasmuch as this is necessary for the provision of the services. In other cases the IP addresses are deleted or anonymized.

Security measures

We have appropriate technical and organizational security measures to guarantee the security of your information and to protect it from unauthorized access, manipulation, and destruction.


In the event of contact being established by e-mail, the information provided by the sender for the purpose of the enquiry being processed and in case there are further questions is stored exclusively for our own purposes.


In our AS+P Newsletter we let you know about new business developments of relevance to the company, and our range of services. If you would like to receive the AS+P Newsletter, we need an e-mail address from you. This e-mail address is only used to send the Newsletter and is not passed on to third parties. Other data are not collected. You can revoke at any time your consent to the e-mail address being stored and its being used to send the Newsletter. You can do so using a link in the Newsletter, or this link on our homepage.

Contractual and personal data

We do not collect, process, or store any personal data via our Internet homepage. We use neither cookies, social media nor other website tracking solutions other than Google Analytics.

We use no technology designed to enable us to trace individual users’ access behavior.


A cookie is a small file comprising letters and digits which with your consent we store in your browser or on your hard drive. Cookies contain information which is transferred to your computer’s hard drive.

Google Analytics

The IP address, linked URL, date, time, browser version and operating system used are stored in the server’s own log files. These data are in no way specific to individual persons and are logged confidentially according to data protection laws and are used solely for internal purposes to optimize the website and afford protection from misuse. The data evaluation is anonymous. To this end we use the Google’s freeware program “Google Analytics”. Google provides the following statement:
