Having compiled a master plan for what was known as the Sinai grounds for the town of Bad Soden, AS+P subsequently drew up a development plan. This secured the planning rights for the construction of a primary school and a triple-pitch sports hall for school and club use. The construction of the primary school in 2011 is intended to satisfy the urgent need for further school places in the south of Bad Soden.
The location of the plan area on the outskirts of town necessitated the use of developed land and imposed strict requirements on the urban design of the new edge of town. In addition to drawing up the development plan, AS+P also coordinated the specialist reports on traffic, noise protection, greenery/nature conservation and the environment. The urban planning concept was also agreed with the school authorities. In addition to the planned site for the school, an available piece of land was also secured for a further school, and the opportunities for subsequent development in the neighboring residential area.
