The plan of HU 1 Immobilien GmbH & Co. KG comprised a retail park and a housing area on 21 hectares in the city of Hanau. The retail park with its wide range of specialised warehouses is situated in the north, while the housing area offers approximately 70 dwelling units in the south of the development area.
Within the preparation of the legal site plan No. 105 "Gleisbauhof" a traffic analysis has been required to proof the traffic access to the new development.
The transportation study contained statements on the following issues: planned road accesses, traffic generation and daily distribution, traffic assignment and capacity confirmation for intersections, parking and delivery zones. The study has been completed by acquiring of dimensions for the road design (parking requirements, cross-sections etc.).
