AS+P together with PROPROJEKT was assigned as Consortium Hamburg 2024 - PROPROJEKT / AS+P with the planning, coordination and production of all bid documents related to the awarding of the Olympic and Paralympic Games 2024. The consortium takes responsibility for the coordination and quality assurance of the overall technical bid process starting in May 2015 and ending with the Host City Election in summer 2017. This contains the development of an integrated games plan for Hamburg 2024 based on the already existing concept as well as the production of both the Mini Bid Book and the Bid Book with all additional documents required by the IOC. Furthermore, the consortium also supports the Bid Committee in international presenta-tions and its communication with the IOC.

For the national pre-decision, the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg developed an emotionally inspiring, yet economically moderate bid concept focused on the long-term legacy for the city, the country and sports. The task now is to further develop this concept in a way that the people of Hamburg support and vote for the project with a good conscience in the upcoming referendum in autumn 2015 before it then has to convince and inspire the members of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) to vote for Hamburg in their election in summer 2017.
