Fifth Diamond for AS+P: Once again the strongest “Architects” brand at the REAL ESTATE BRAND AWARDS 2020

For the fifth time, AS+P has emerged as the strongest “Architects” brand – and as one of the 12 strongest corporate brands in Germany – and is thus one of the real winners at the REAL ESTATE BRAND AWARDS.

“The fact that for many years now and despite the competition with the leading companies in our sector brands we are consistently viewed as a strong brand only goes to show that our positioning in the market is the right one, and highlights what the entire AS+P team has achieved,” comments Susanne Wellershaus, Head of Corporate Communication at AS+P. “Above all, it is our integrative know-how, our expertise in interfacing and the economic feasibility of our designs that is frequently emphasized. The high scores we get for clients wanting to use our services again is doubtless the result of strong client satisfaction, which is our most important goal alongside providing sustainable solutions.” The ranking is based on the empirical study of brand value conducted by the European Real Brand Institute (EUREB Institute) and based on the specialist opinions of 109,000 real-estate experts covering more than 1,000 brands from 45 different European markets.

This year, the festive awards ceremony took place as a livestream on May 28th: Star TV anchor Barbara Schöneberger and Harald Steiner, CEO of the EUREB Institute, announced the winners and hosted what the organizers say was the largest virtual prize-giving ceremony in the history of the real estate industry. The gala event focused on the “decisive industry indicators” such as sustainability, innovative prowess, and expertise in digitization.

In the “Architects” category, alongside AS+P the practices of Ortner & Ortner Baukunst and kadawittfeldarchitektur had both been nominated. What the EUREB Institute says is Europe’s largest study of brand value in the real estate sector was conducted for no less than the 12th time and forms the scientific basis for the benchmark of the 500 strongest corporate brands that go to make up the “EUROPEAN REAL ESTATE 500” index.
