From master plan and architecture to landscape planning: After a four-year conception period, the “Integrated Planning of Badya City” project developed by AS+P is now entering the construction stage. The client, Palm Hills Developments, tasked Julius Berger International GmbH in Wiesbaden with the local management of the project.

In his introductory address, Schares emphasized AS+P’s long-standing commitment to this ambitious project. Both he and Mansour also highlighted the Iconic Award the project had recently won as the Best of Best winner in the category Concept; the German Design Council honored the project, stating that this was an “intelligent, sustainably planned, and outstanding solution of strong exemplary character”.
