Delegation’s visit to Riyadh
Site Visit Ad Diriyah Project Abdulmajeed Al Sheikh (ADA)
At the end of November Professor Speer was accompanied by managing directors and employees of AS+P on a visit to the capital of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. On the agenda were meetings with the Lord Mayor of the capital, His Excellency Ibrahim Al Sultan, and His Excellency the German Ambassador Dieter W. Haller, as well as appointments with various different companies.
Contacts with whom meetings were arranged here included Yousef Al-Shalash, Chairman of Dar Al Arkan, Kamel Alqalam, Vice President Development at Fawaz Alhokair Real Estate and Dr. Tarek Shawaf, President of Saudi Consulting, which has been the local partner of AS+P for many years.
Alongside these work meetings, the delegation also visited some of AS+P’s completed and ongoing projects, including the Diplomatic Quarter, the Criminal Court Complex in Qasr Al-Hukm District and the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture. The busy schedule also included a tour of the Ad Diriyah project by Project Manager Abdulmajeed Al Sheikh, and of the King Abdullah Financial District.
