Martin Teigeler, Managing Partner at AS+P and the only architect on the panel, explained the large joint projects "Hilgenfeld" with approximately 850 housing units (HU) and "Kaiserviertel" with around 1200 HU, together with Frank Junker (Managing Director of ABG). Teigeler also discussed the conversion project "Oskar Sommer Straße" by the client Aldi Süd, where an office building is being transformed into residential space. AS+P is proud to play a major role in four out of the seven presented projects.
