At a ground-​break­ing cer­e­mo­ny in Au­gust at­tend­ed by Lord Mayor Peter Feld­mann and Frank Junker, CEO of ABG FRANK­FURT HOLD­ING, the bell was sound­ed to start con­struc­tion of the res­i­den­tial en­sem­ble on Cordier­strasse de­signed by AS+P. On the plot in Frank­furt’s Gal­lus dis­trict, three six-​storey block-​shaped build­ings with a total of 129 apart­ments will be erect­ed in line with the pas­sivhaus stan­dard.
