In the North of Sachsenhausen, at Oskar-Sommer-Street 15+17, the former DB office location is being converted into a modern residential building with commercial space on the ground floor. The existing property will be extensively renovated, extended with a modular timber penthouse level, and will offer a total of 9,000 square metres of rental space. 83 needs-based residential units in varying size, from 45 to 130 square metres, with 2 to 5 rooms and generous outdoor space will be realised on six standard floors as well as an additional penthouse level.
