Martin Teigeler, AS+P on the Frankfurt Panel at the EXPO Real Estate Fair in Munich

"The business park of tomorrow must be open, flexible, and attractive. This is the only way to attract future users and professionals," Martin Teigeler stated.

AS+P is among others responsible for the development of the master plan "Westside," a large commercial area spanning approximately 73 hectares, formerly known as the "Industriepark Griesheim", north of the Main in Frankfurt. The planning represents an overall structural concept that can be executed in stages, is flexible, and economically viable.

Challenges such as remaining in use and infrastructure, as well as a complex situation concerning polluted legacy sites, set high demands regarding strategies of implementation. Furthermore, existing buildings must be integrated, modern mobility concepts considered, and high-quality open spaces created, with a particular focus on the continuation of the green corridor along the Main.

At AS+P, there is always a keen awareness of future challenges - 'think ahead.' has always been part of our philosophy. For more than 60 years, our architecture and urban planning office based in Frankfurt has been planning proactively with its successful, interdisciplinary team, worldwide.
