They have thus joined managing partners Friedbert Greif, Axel Bienhaus and Joachim Schares as well as partners Prof. Albert Speer, Johannes Dell, Dr. Michael Denkel and Stefan Kornmann as the owners of the owner-managed corporation.

Dirk Kahl, born in 1969, studied Architecture at the Koblenz University of Applied Sciences and joined AS+P after graduating in 1998. From 2004 onward he has coordinated numerous major office and admin building projects in Germany and in the Arab world. In 2016 Dirk Kahl was made a member of man­age­ment and is responsible for national and inter­national construction projects in the office and admin buildings section and overall responsibility for integral planning topics and BIM.

Martin Teigeler, born in 1970, studied Architecture at the Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences. He has worked as an architect at AS+P since 2000. From 2006 onwards he has been the cross-team coordinator for the conceptualization and planning of national and inter­national construction projects. Since 2016 Martin Teigeler has been a member of AS+P man­age­ment and concentrates on the housing and hotel construction segments, with a special focus on sustainable and energy-efficient building concepts.
