New Publication in the current Ghorfa Yearbook 2025/26

For many years, we have maintained a close relationship with the Ghorfa Arab-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
In the recently published Ghorfa Yearbook 2025/26, which focuses on Construction, Energy, Water and Consulting, our Associate Partner Michael Vogt, an expert on urban transformation in the MENA region, together with Joachim Schares, Managing Partner of AS+P, reports on our ROSHN SEDRA project - a model for integrated, future-oriented housing in Saudi Arabia.
The article highlights key aspects of the project in the context of sustainable urban development in Saudi Arabia and shows how integrated planning approaches can set international benchmarks.
