AS+P named Germany’s strongest architecture brand at the EUROPEAN REAL ESTATE BRAND AWARD 2025

For the ninth consecutive year, AS+P has been recognized as Germany’s strongest architecture brand, once again receiving the prestigious Diamond at the EUROPEAN REAL ESTATE BRAND AWARD 2025. Key factors in this recognition were our innovation, resilience, stability, and the strong trust and impact associated with our brand.
This year’s award ceremony focused on the theme of “Transruption” and explored the opportunities that artificial intelligence (AI) offers for the real estate industry. At AS+P, we see the integration of AI into architecture and construction as a vital step toward increasing both efficiency and quality. As architects and planners, we have long been engaged with digital technologies and AI. We deliberately select and integrate the technologies that are best suited to our needs and combine them with the irreplaceable human creativity and intuition of our interdisciplinary teams – spanning architecture, urban and landscape planning, and mobility. It is in this conscious synergy that we see the future of AS+P. As with all our planning processes, we incorporate the principles of efficient and sustainable development from the outset, aiming to create robust, adaptable structures that respond flexibly to local conditions – and the same applies to how we approach digitalization and AI. This ability to remain agile is one of our core strengths – and a fundamental part of the values that define our brand.

A special thank you goes to the team at the European Real Estate Brand Institute and its CEO, Harald Steiner. Since 2008, the Institute has honored the strongest brands in the European real estate industry each year. The selection is based on the empirical Real Estate Brand Value Study, which this year evaluated 1,258 brands across 22 sub-sectors in 45 European markets, incorporating insights from many industry experts.
