Telephone interview on hr-iNFO
Michael Denkel, member of the Executive Board and partner at AS+P, was interviewed as a renowned expert for hr-iNFO by presenter Stephanie Gebert, who asked him about the suitability of the bill to amend the German government’s Federal Building Code.
The telephone interview was broadcast on hr-iNFO at 3:00 p.m. The amendment to building law aims to enable municipalities to establish ‘urban zones’ and thus lays the basis for increasing the densities of Germany’s inner cities, with buildings allowed to be built to a greater height than before. The aim of the German government is to create more living space within cities.
