In the space of six months in 2008, AS+P Albert Speer + Partner GmbH, working closely with the community of Egelsbach and the project developer Lang & Cie. Real Estate AG compiled the "Eulensee" project-related development plan no. 47a. The basis for the plans was the project developer's intention to develop a commercial area to the south of the district road 168 and to the east of the airfield in Egelsbach to accommodate Brady (an inter­national company specializing in identification and protection solutions). The plans envisaged constructing an office building, production hall, warehouse, plus the requisite parking spaces, on an approx. 1.7-hectare plot of land.

Parallel to compiling the project-related development plan, as part of the coordination of the procedure AS+P also took over the man­age­ment of it in its entirety, as well as the support of traffic, noise, landscape planning, architecture and technical infrastructure experts. Furthermore AS+P was involved in compiling the project and access plan, as well as the construction contract, which, in addition to the project-related development plan itself are constitutive (legally based) parts of a project-related development plan.
