The office building in downtown Frankfurt designed by AS+P consists of two basement floors and six stories above ground over a total of some 3,000 m² of gross floor area (GFA). Alongside stories for offices the building also boasts exhibition and retail space on the ground floor.
Details natural stone and metal works
To the west, a glazed walkway connects the new office building with the neighboring late neoclassical villa housing a café and exhibition space. The transparent connecting passage is set slightly back, separating the area between the two buildings from the street and creating a green inner courtyard.
Exhibition space museum
The façade of the existing building is being modernized in line with its heritage status. The new building has been designed with a light natural stone façade.
